Enjoy lunch in the Zlotnik Ballroom with Keynote Speaker, Rob Hutton. Rob is a leadership coach, best-selling author, Former DR Horton President, and former Lennar Regional VP.  Rob will share insights on leadership,  affordable housing, and land development in Central Texas.

Rob has spent 40+ years in real estate. He began his career as a commercial broker, and later joined a privately held, homebuilding company in Austin. He has underwritten approximately 1,200 land acquisition and development deals, and been a part of the design, construction, marketing, and sale of over 120K homes. He participated in several mergers and acquisitions, including the 2018 Lennar, CalAtlantic Merger, valued at $9.3 billion.​ He is the International Best selling author of "Think. Map. Do.-- How Ambitious Leaders Can Accelerate Their Climb Into Senior Management.”
Post retirement, Rob is now coaching talented young leaders and focusing on land development. He is currently developing 1K acres north of Austin, that will translate into a MPC with ~3,500 lots.
During his presentation, Rob will share details about his Mobile Loaves and Fishes fundraising campaign. He aims to raise $10,000 to provide Community First affordable housing, food, clothing, and micro-enterprise opportunities, to a family who has experienced chronic homelessness.

Key decision makers will discuss the drainage tunnel system project, ranging in depth from 70 to 200 feet beneath existing I-35. It is a critical first step in the implementation of TxDOT’s $4.5B Capital Express Central Project which will widen and lower the grade of I-35 with a goal of improving vehicle capacity and city connectivity.
