2026 ACEA Fall Fairway Golf Tournament

Join us Monday, November 16, for ACEA's annual Fall Fairway Golf Tournament at Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club in Georgetown, Texas!

Enjoy a day of golf on this beautiful, private Jack Nicklaus Signature course. The tournament features a four-person scramble, on-course hospitality, cash prizes, and a post-round awards reception.

Space is limited to 36 teams!

Team Registration

FOURSOME + FEATURED HOLE SPONSORSHIP — $1,500

Get your team on the course and your company in front of fellow golfers! This package includes registration for four golfers plus a featured hole sponsorship with deluxe tee markers displaying your company's logo.

STANDARD FOURSOME — $1,200

Includes registration for four golfers in our four-person scramble.

Tournament Schedule

8:30 AM – Registration Opens + Welcome Bar & Breakfast

10:00 AM – Shotgun Start

1:00 PM – On-Course Bites Available

Approximately 4:00 PM – 19th Hole Reception & Cash Awards 

What's Included

The cost covers green fees and cart, breakfast tacos and coffee, on-course bites, two drink tickets, a post-round buffet & awards reception, and an exclusive Fall Fairway tournament hat!

Cash prizes will be awarded to tournament winners.

Presenting Partner – $2,500 (Includes a foursome)
One foursome, exclusive presenting recognition on the main tournament welcome sign, premier logo placement on registration page and promotional emails, verbal recognition at the reception. Option to provide a giveaway item to tournament participants. Available to members only.

19th Hole Sponsor – $2,000
Prominent signage at the entrance to the clubhouse reception, logo on drink tickets, logo on registration page, recognition when cash prizes are awarded. Option to contribute a branded bar item at the reception: cups, koozies, garnish picks, etc. Available to members only.

The Turn Sponsor – $1,000
Branded signage at each of the two on-course bites stations, logo on registration page and recognition in pre-event communications. Option to contribute a giveaway/swag item at the bite stations for tournament participants to pick up. Available to members only.

Beverage Cart Sponsors – $500 each (2 available)
Branded sponsor placard on the assigned beverage cart and logo on registration page. Available to members only.

Closest to the Pin Sponsor – $300 (2 available)
Branded contest sign at the designated men's or women's hole, logo on registration page, and recognition when the winner is announced.

Longest Drive Sponsor – $300 
Branded contest sign at the designated hole, logo on registration page, and recognition when the winner is announced.

50/50 Hole Sponsor – $500
Dedicated tent, branded signage at the designated hole, opportunity to network with tournament participants, logo on registration page, and recognition when the winner is announced. Tent, table, and chairs will be provided. Sponsor must provide one available attendee to be present at the 50/50 hole tent throughout the tournament. Available to members only.

Standard Hole Sponsor – $250 each
Branded tee-box sign, logo on registration page. 

Sponsorships are available during registration and are subject to availability.
 

Exhibit Hole Sponsorship – $500
Includes two attendees. On-course exhibit space to network with tournament participants; bring your own tent, table, chairs & giveaways; on-course lunch & post-round buffet dinner included for both attendees. Please notify Millery Ingallina if you do not plan to set up a tent and have attendees present. Available to members AND non-members.
