Austin Water – Utility Development Services Updates Service Extension Request (SER) Applications Austin Water has integrated the SER application process and fee payment into the Austin Build + Connect (AB+C) Portal. This new process replaces the current email submittal process. Please visit the AB+C Portal to submit new SER applications and to pay SER application fees. Be prepared to attach the signed and notarized SER application form, a location map, and other checklist items (engineering report, calculations, exhibits, etc.).
