The Training Committee, chaired by Darren Okruhlik, P.E., has been busy gathering ideas and suggestions for training opportunities that the ACEA membership needs and can benefit from. The purpose of the Training Committee is to provide information to members, via the monthly newsletter, ACEA website and/or guest speakers at our monthly luncheon, when applicable. This training page on the website will include links to training resources, online training, and local training providers. Such information will include local training for Spanish/English lessons for contractors, on-site CPR/First-Aid training, online OSHA approved safety training, local OSHA training courses, to name a few.
The Training Committee has established a field training opportunities program. This program serves as an avenue for ACEA Engineers to gain invaluable field experience on actual job-sites. Watch upcoming newsletters for more information.
